Dumpling Squishy Race Training Guide
Training is the whole game's engine. Learn how Power, Pet boost, and Rebirth layers stack — and what to train first so your runs get faster faster.
What Training Actually Is
In Dumpling Squishy Race you train on trampoline platforms in the lobby. Each jump raises your Power, and Power is what makes your dumpling race faster. Race speed is the single most important stat in the game because Wins and Gems both come from racing.
Training has three multipliers on top of your base Power: your Squishy bonuses, your Pet's Training Boost, and your permanent Rebirth multiplier. They all multiply together, so raising any of them makes every future training session worth more.
Pet Training Boost — Your Biggest Lever
Pets hatched from eggs apply a passive Training Boost to everything you train. Higher egg tiers give much bigger multipliers:

Rebirth Multiplier — Compounding Power
Rebirth trades your speed for a permanent training multiplier that applies to every future run. The community model is roughly: multiplier gain = 1 + (Speed level − 1) × 0.01.
- Only Rebirth once your gain reaches 1.5x–2.0x — below that you lose more races than you save.
- Rebirth is permanent and compounds across 4+ layers.

What to Train First (Priority)
- Power — always your base; every race depends on it.
- Pet Training Boost — hatch the best egg you can afford before grinding.
- Rebirth timing — hit 1.5x–2.0x, rebirth, and let the permanent multiplier work.
- Squishy upgrades — Win Boost / Luck / Acceleration on top (see Squishy guide).
Training Checklist
- Equip your highest Training Boost pet before any long training session.
- Fully upgrade your Squishy before Rebirth — it carries over.
- Use Win Potions before Rebirth to bank the highest possible Wins count.
